Higher Ground International Ministries Ministerial Alliance is comprised of assemblies and ministers that seek the advancement of the Kingdom of God worldwide. This advancement takes place as a result of the oversight, training, equipping, ordaining, and support Higher Ground International Ministries Ministerial Alliance provides for its affiliates.

The mission of Higher Ground International Ministries Ministerial Alliance is to advance the kingdom of God through its affiliated assemblies and ministers.

The vision of Higher Ground International Ministries Ministerial Alliance is to establish an Alliance of affiliates who are in a covenant relationship in order to:

1. Provide an apostolic team that will provide oversight and leadership for Higher Ground International Ministries and its affiliates.

2. Provide a vehicle to plant and build churches around the world.

3. Provide ordination for those ministers who will be affiliated with Higher Ground International Ministries.

4. Provide training and support for the assemblies and ministers in its Alliance.

5. Provide humanitarian relief in countries where Higher Ground International Ministries Ministerial Alliance assemblies and ministers are located.

6. Provide education on the prevention and treatment of HIV and Aids to persons in countries with a high prevalence of the disease.

7. Bring assistance to victims of persecution, disease, and disasters in the United States and countries around the world.

8. Develop skills, education, and training to bring economic empowerment to persons in some of the poorest regions of the world.
